Our Colombia Huila offered a familiar, approachable cup during our recent Great Scott Coffee cupping, where 10 coffee enthusiasts gathered to taste and evaluate our roasts.
This coffee stood out for its pleasant nutty character, gentle sweetness, and balanced acidity. Tasters gave it average scores of 7.4/10 for aroma, 7.3 for sweetness, and 7.2 for acidity.
While some of our other coffees made a bigger impression with their bold flavors or fuller bodies, Colombia Huila offered a more familiar coffee experience. Its lighter body and approachable flavor make it a great option for those who enjoy a smooth, easy-drinking cup.
